With evening classes starting in a week and half, plus working and coaching, needless to say, I am strapped for time most days, and dont have time to cook! All together, shopping and prepping, plus throwing a meal into the crock pot took me 4.5 hours of my Wednesday evening, for a month worth of food prep! :)
This was my grocery haul last night. Meat was picked up from Costco. I find you get the most amount of meat for your dollar. ***The Beef Stew cuts are not bite size, so please CUT THEM UP before you start throwing it into a zip lock bag****
