Peanut Butter Cheesecake Mousse
OMGEE - I had a crazy craving for junk food this weekend, and this totally hit the spot! 100% lactose free, and vegan friendly. 


½ cup coconut yogurt
2 tbsp PB2 mixed with 1 tbsp water
1 tbsp honey or maple

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and top on your favorite fruit! If you prefer to have it thicker, leave on the fridge over night. Cures any sweet tooth!
