Nutella Ice Cream Cake


Nutella Crunch Ice Cream Cake 



Ingredients you will need:

  • 2 cups Nutella (I used the entire large bottle you can find at the grocery store) 
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal 
  • 4 Liters of Vanilla Ice Cream 

1. Place a 9 or 10 inch spring form pan, and an extra large mixing bowl in the freezer (you will need it to be cold later
2. Put the ice cream in the fridge right away (you will want it to be soft but not melted) 
3. Turn the top burner on the stove to low hear (2-3). 
4. Place large pot on burner, and add Nutella until it starts to melt, then add rice krispies and mix. 

5. Once have nutella and rice krispies mixed, put aside 2 cups in a bowl; (not the one from teh freezer) and leave on teh counter. The rest of the mixture pour on to wax paper on a pan. Spread evenly, then place in freezer. 



6. Take nutella/ rice krispies mixture out of freezer and cut into bite size pieces. Then place back in freezer. 


7. One bite size pieces are frozen, take the bowl out of teh freezer as well. Add in entire tub of ice cream and mix thoroughly with nutealla crunchy bites. 



 8. Once mixture is combined, take the spring form pan out of the freezer and add mixture. Then add the left over Nutella crunch that you left on the counter in the bowl, on top for the complete cake!
