Ingredients
- 6 medium sized sweet potatoes
Instructions
- Wash and pierce sweet potatoes
- Place in crock pot (use a liner or line bottom with foil if desired)
- Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours
- Store left-overs in a covered container in the fridge for up to 1 week
I usually eat them the way they are as a side dish. Or you can add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Enjoy!
PS - A lot of people have asked if you need to add water. Nope. Just the instructions I wrote above. There will be some water on the potatoes from washing them and they will 'sweat' as they cook creating moisture.
