21 Day Fix Popcorn for a Snack

I LOVE treats, and sometimes my eyes are bigger than my belly. So when I read that I can substitute my yellow container 3 times a week for chips, popcorn, wine, etc. but when I compared one yellow container of measured out tortilla chips VS 3 cups of air popped popcorn that would still count as 1 yellow container, it was a no brainier! 




Cinnamon Spiced Popcorn: 

21 Day Fix = 1 yellow, 1 tsp.

Ingredients: 

3 cups air-popped popcorn 
1 tsp. melted extra- virgin organic coconut oil (or extra -virgin olive oil) 
1/4 ground nutmeg 
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 


*** You can substitute your favorite spices (like pumpkin pie spice, chile powder, cayenne pepper or paprika) for cinnamon and nutmeg. 


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
