1/4 cup coconut water
1/2 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1 oz. coconut -flavored rum
1 cup crushed ice
Fresh Pineapple wedge (for garnish; optional)
1. Place coconut water, pineapple, rum, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into serving glass, garnish with pineapple wedge, if desired
