What should I eat pre- and post workout? I get asked this question a lot lately, so I figured I would clear this up for you!
Pre-workout (This is BEFORE you workout)
- Whole Wheat toast with 1/2 sliced banana and dash of cinnamon. BONUS*The cinnamon acts as an all natural fat burner.*
- Plain Greek yogurt with fruit (please don't get the pre-flavored Greek yogurt. Its loaded with sugar. If you must, you can sweeten it with honey)
- Oatmeal with fruit
- Shakeology with fruit
- Apple wedges with Peanut Butter or Almond Butter *If you havent tried almond butter yet, you MUST go buy some. You have no idea what you are missing

Post workout (After your workout)
- I personally always go for Shakeology or 2 eggs mixed with Spinach, peppers, mushrooms and onions.
- Chicken, Salmon, eggs.. (any kind of protein source) with a side of veggies. If you have carbs left over for the day then you can add that as well.
