I love snacking throughout teh day, so of course I couldn't help but get excited when I came across these energy bites. And no baking required is a win-win in my books!
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter)1/3 cup honey or agave
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
½ cup chopped nuts
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1 tsp vanilla
Roll into balls & freeze
